Armed Forces Tour of The Pacific in 5 days!


If you haven't heard Strangleweed (Josh Allen, Gary Parson, Kenn Youngar, Jerry Impini, and Joe Zapata) has been invited to perform overseas to perform for the troops. Our 14 day Tour of The Pacific will include Japan, New Years in Singapore then all the way to the middle of the Indian Ocean to Diego Garcia. Not bad for some "Local Boys Done Good" Our main purpose is to boost moral and give the soldiers a taste of some home grown Texas Rock n' Roll. Since Uncle Sam is sponsoring our trip overseas and we are not allowed to sell any of our merchandise, we are accepting donations from sponsors to purchase our merchandise at cost so that we can give out as many t-shirts, CD's and stickers that we can. Or perhaps you would like us to use your product on stage or would like to donate something to handout during our 2 hour performances. This isn’t about free stuff; it’s about moral and lifting the spirits of those who long for a taste home this season.

CBS Channel 11 "News This Morning" apperance!


We hope everyone used their Tivo or a VCR for our December 19th CBS debut. CBS Channel 11 News interviewd Starr in between two songs for the “News This Morning” Hosted by Shannon Hori and we had a blast.

It was quite a day for us. Having to load in at 4am and play several 15-20 second teasers live from 5-7 made for a long morning. Keep on the lookout for it uploaded to YouTube on our myspace and official site respectivly.

My first TV appearance, also with Strangleweed. A band I previously played with.
